The ZOLL AED 3 battery is designed for use with the ZOLL AED 3 AED. It is a lithium battery with an expected standby life of approximately 5 years. When using PlusTrac™, the expected lifespan of this battery is 3 years.

How do I replace the ZOLL AED 3 battery?

You can easily remove the battery via the back of the AED. Simply take the old battery out of the unit and insert the new one.

Depending on the type of service agreement you have with AED-Partner, we can replace the battery for you during a scheduled service visit.

Do the electrodes need replacing too?

Are you planning to replace the electrodes as well as the battery soon? You can also order new ZOLL AED 3 CPR Uni-padz electrodes from us.

Service agreement

Regular maintenance ensures your AED is always ready for use. You can arrange this maintenance by taking out a service agreement with AED-Partner. We will notify you, for example, when the battery and/or electrodes of your AED(s) need replacing. We also provide on-site maintenance within 6 hours following an incident where the AED was deployed.
