We adhere to the rules of the EU AI Act (AI regulation). On this page you will read about what this regulation entails and how AED-Partner AI uses imagery.
Since August 1, 2024, new rules regarding artificial intelligence have been in effect within the European Union: the EU AI Act. This regulation will gradually come into effect and will be fully in force on August 2, 2027. The AI Act is intended to protect consumers and require companies to be transparent about their AI use.
As of August 2, 2026, the transparency obligations also apply. In plain language: when image or sound material is created or adapted using AI, it must be clearly visible to you as a visitor.
We never use AI to generate complete photos or products (from scratch). However, we do use smart AI software to refine and customize existing photos (modifyFor example, think about removing an annoying background, adjusting colors, or merging multiple photos together.
Our Serviceshop contains many photos. Next to each photo that has been adjusted with AI, you will see our AI badge. This way, you can see at a glance that an image has been AI-modified.
