Return a product

Did you purchase an AED or another product from AED-Partner and are you not satisfied? As a consumer, you have the legal right of withdrawal to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt. To do so, you can fill out our return form.

Important return conditions

Ensure that the product is returned complete and in its original condition and packaging. Hygiene products such as electrodes and ventilation masks with broken packaging cannot be returned.

Our return process

Step 1: Register a return

Register your return within 14 days of receiving your order. To do so, fill out our return form or email your contact details, including the order number, to info@aedpartner.nl.

Step 2: Review of return request

Upon receipt, AED-Partner will review your return request. Once approved, you will receive the following via email:

Return label*

*We cover the shipping costs.

Step 3: Shipping the return product

Carefully pack the product in the original packaging, along with the return order confirmation. Affix the return label to the box and ship the package. Tip: keep the shipping receipt from the courier service in a safe place.

Step 4: Return check

Upon receipt, we check the returned product for completeness and condition.

Step 5: Refund

If the return is in order, AED-Partner will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving and approving the return, using the same payment method used for the original order.
