ZOLL AED Plus CPR Stat-Padz Electrodes

The ZOLL AED Plus CPR Stat-Padz electrodes are compatible with the ZOLL AED Plus and ZOLL AED Pro. This electrode set consists of two separate electrodes, one of which is equipped with a CPR sensor. During resuscitation, this sensor measures the depth and rate of chest compressions. This allows the AED to provide appropriate feedback to the rescuer, for instance, by indicating that they need to press harder on the chest.

These electrodes are self-adhesive. The packaging and the electrodes themselves feature diagrams showing exactly where to place the electrodes on the victim's chest.

These electrodes are also available in a one-piece version: the ZOLL AED Plus CPR-D electrodes. Because those electrodes consist of a single unit, it is easier to position the pads correctly on the victim's chest. 

These ZOLL AED Plus CPR Stat-Padz electrodes are suitable for use on adults only. For using a ZOLL AED Plus on children weighing up to 25 kg and/or aged 8 or under, you can use the ZOLL AED Plus Stat Padz II pediatric electrodes. Those pediatric electrodes do not feature a CPR sensor.

How do I replace the ZOLL AED Plus CPR Stat-Padz electrodes?

These electrodes have a shelf life of two years. This means you must replace them at least every two years, or sooner if the packaging is damaged or after the AED has been used. 

Do your AED's electrodes need replacing? You can order a new set of ZOLL AED Plus CPR Stat-Padz electrodes for adults from AED-Partner. You can dispose of the old set of electrodes with small electronic waste or general waste. Do you want to replace your AED’s batteries at the same time as the electrodes? AED-Partner also offers a set of 10 ZOLL AED Plus batteries and a battery for the ZOLL AED Pro.

Why do these ZOLL electrodes need to be replaced regularly?

The shelf life of these electrodes depends on the adhesive gel layer applied to them. Over time, this conductive gel can dry out, reducing the electrodes' effectiveness. It is therefore vital that your AED is always equipped with electrodes that are within their validity period.

Service subscription

Regular maintenance ensures your AED is always ready for use. You can take out a service subscription with AED-Partner to handle this maintenance. We will notify you, for instance, when the battery and/or electrodes of your AED(s) need replacing. We also arrive on-site within 6 hours for maintenance following an actual deployment.
