What is an electrode tray?

The electrode tray is the holder mechanism that holds the training electrodes in the correct position and connects them to the LIFEPAK CR2 trainer. During the training:

User manual

1. Connect the tray to the trainer via the connector.
2. Place the tray on the AED trainer or position it next to the training dummy.
3. Have students pull the electrodes from the tray and apply them correctly to the chest.
4. Repeat and vary with different scenarios.
5. Afterwards, check whether the adhesive layer and connector are still functioning properly.

The electrodes are reusable , depending on care and the surface (such as AmbuMan, Laerdal Little Anne, etc.).

Maintenance and lifespan

• After every training: Clean the tray with a dry cloth.
• Storage: Store dry and flat to prevent warping.
• Electrodes: Replace in case of loss of adhesive strength or damage
