Philips Training Pads for Adults

Adult training pads are intended for training and demonstration purposes. When these special non-clinical electrodes are placed in the HeartStart HS1 defibrillator, the defibrillator cannot deliver shocks and training mode is activated, allowing the user to perform one of the eight emergency scenarios.

The spoken instructions from the defibrillator also include CPR guidance. A cartridge with training pads can also be used on a training dummy using an internal dummy adapter , an external dummy adapter , or an internal dummy adapter .
