This battery is suitable for the Mindray BeneHeart D1 AED. It has a shelf life of approximately 4 years.

How do I replace the Mindray BeneHeart D1 battery?

The Mindray BeneHeart D1 battery is located at the bottom of the AED and is easy to replace yourself. There is a button with a lock icon on the underside; pressing this allows you to slide the battery cover to the right and remove the battery. You can then click the new battery into place and slide the cover back. Depending on the service agreement you have with AED-Partner, we can replace the battery for you during a scheduled service visit.

Do the electrodes need replacing too?

Are you planning to replace the electrodes as well as the battery soon? You can also order new Mindray BeneHeart D-series electrodes from us.

Service agreement

Regular maintenance ensures your AED is always ready for use. You can take out a service agreement with AED-Partner to manage this maintenance. We will notify you, for instance, when the battery and/or electrodes of your AED(s) need replacing. We also provide on-site maintenance within 6 hours following an AED deployment.
