CU Medical i-PAD SP1 Electrodes
The CU Medical i-PAD SP1 electrodes are suitable for adults and have a shelf life of two years. These electrodes support pre-connection, meaning they can be plugged into the AED before an emergency arises. This ensures the AED is always ready for immediate use. Thanks to the special child mode button on the CU Medical i-PAD AED, these adult electrodes can also be used for children.
Why do they need regular replacement?
The shelf life of these electrodes is determined by the adhesive gel layer on the pads. Over time, this conductive gel can dry out, reducing the electrodes' effectiveness. It is therefore vital that your AED is always equipped with electrodes that are within their validity period. Regular replacement ensures the AED functions optimally when needed.
Service Subscription
Regular maintenance ensures your AED is always ready for use. You can take out a service subscription with AED-Partner to manage this maintenance. We will notify you, for instance, when your AED’s battery and/or electrodes need replacing. We also provide on-site maintenance within six hours following an incident. Do you have any questions?
