The ZOLL AED Plus fully automatic AED makes resuscitation as easy as possible. And that saves lives! The simpler the resuscitation process, the higher the quality of CPR. This AED is MDR certified, which means that it meets the strict requirements of the Medical Device Regulation (MDR).

The AED Plus has clear pictograms that guide the responder through the resuscitation process step by step. LED lights indicate the correct order of the steps, while the required action is displayed on the screen. This fully automatic AED also uses audible signals to indicate the correct CPR rate.

Lid can be used as a neck support

The design of the ZOLL AED Plus has been carefully considered: the AED is highly robust and has a distinctive green colour. The lid also has a dual function, as it can be used as a neck support for the victim.

Fully automatic

This AED is fully automatic. This means that when the AED detects a shockable rhythm, it delivers the shock automatically. The responder does not have to press the shock button. Reliable thanks to automatic self-tests

This defibrillator is FDA certified. This means that the AED meets the strictest requirements in the medical market. To ensure that the ZOLL AED Plus fully automatic AED is ready for use in an emergency, it performs the following self-tests every week:

• Battery capacity self-test
• Electrode presence self-test
• ECG circuit self-test
• Defibrillator circuit self-test
• Hardware/software self-test

Suitable for dusty and damp areas

This AED has an IP55 rating. Its high level of water resistance allows the defibrillator to be installed in very damp environments, such as a swimming pool or sauna. Are you looking for an AED for a dusty area? That is also no problem for the ZOLL AED Plus: the housing has been designed to resist dust. This means you can install the AED in dusty production environments, for example.

Battery and electrodes

The ZOLL AED Plus fully automatic AED operates on a set of 10 ZOLL AED Plus type 123A batteries. These batteries have an expected standby service life of 5 years.

The electrodes are a unique feature of this AED: the ZOLL AED Plus CPR-D Padz for adults. The pad consists of a single piece containing two electrodes. The electrodes can only be applied in one way, reducing the risk of errors. The CPR-D Padz have an integrated sensor that measures the rate and depth of compressions during CPR. This provides the responder with real-time feedback to help them perform CPR as effectively as possible.

Special paediatric electrodes for the ZOLL AED Plus are required when resuscitating children weighing less than 25 kg or under 8 years of age.

Maintenance and service (first year free!)

Regular maintenance ensures that your AED remains fully ready for use. At AED-Partner, you can take out a service subscription to arrange this maintenance. We will notify you when the battery and/or electrodes of your AED(s) need to be replaced. After the AED has been used, we will also be on site within 6 hours to perform maintenance.
