Zoll AED Plus CPR-D electrodes

The ZOLL AED Plus CPR-D electrodes are also known as the ZOLL AED Plus CPR-D Padz and are suitable for the ZOLL AED Plus. This electrode set consists of a single piece, making it easier to place the electrodes correctly on the victim's chest.

You can also use these Padz on obese victims: you can tear the CPR-D electrodes in half in one movement. Then you can stick both halves to the correct spot on the victim's chest.

These electrodes are equipped with a CPR sensor that measures the depth and frequency of chest compressions during resuscitation. The AED uses this information to adjust the spoken instructions and, for example, indicate that the rescuer needs to press harder on the chest.

These electrodes are self-adhesive. The packaging and the electrodes show how to stick the Padz to the victim's chest.

These ZOLL AED Plus CPR-D electrodes are only suitable for use on adults. For using a ZOLL AED Plus AED on children up to 25 kg and/or 8 years of age, you can use the ZOLL AED Plus Stat Padz II electrodes for children . These child electrodes do not consist of a single piece, but of two separate, smaller electrodes.

How do I replace the ZOLL AED Plus CPR-D electrodes?

These electrodes have a shelf life of no less than 5 years. This means that you must replace the electrodes every 5 years, or sooner if the electrode packaging is damaged or after use.

Are your AED electrodes due for replacement? Then you can order new ZOLL AED Plus CPR-D adult electrodes from AED-Partner and connect them to your AED pre-connected. You can dispose of the old electrodes with small electronic waste or general waste.

Why do you need to replace these ZOLL electrodes regularly?

The shelf life of these electrodes depends on the adhesive gel layer on them. This conductive gel can dry out over time, causing the electrodes to function less effectively. It is therefore of vital importance that your AED is always equipped with electrodes that have a valid expiration date.

Service subscription

Regular maintenance ensures your AED is optimally operational. At AED-Partner, you can take out a service subscription to arrange this maintenance. We will notify you, among other things, when the battery and/or electrodes of your AED(s) need to be replaced. We will also be on-site for maintenance within 6 hours of an emergency.
