All-in remote service subscription cat. 2

In an emergency situation, you want to be able to rely on an AED working properly. It is therefore important that you maintain your AED(s) well. AED-Partner can help you with this. With this All-in service subscription with remote monitoring, you can rely on our expert maintenance service. This ensures that your AED is always ready for use.

It is important to check every day whether your AED(s) are still ready for use. AED-Partner is happy to do this for you. This all-in service subscription includes remote monitoring via AED-Monitor. AED-Monitor is AED-Partner's wireless AED safety monitor and checks your AED(s) daily via the Internet of Things (IoT) network. If such a remote check reveals a malfunction or defect, AED-Partner is immediately notified via AED-Monitor, and we will contact you quickly for necessary maintenance. This way, you don't have to keep track of it yourself, and you can be 100% confident that your AED always works!

This All-in remote service subscription is suitable for Category 2 AEDs. This includes the following AEDs: Defibtech Lifeline, Heartsine Samaritan, Philips Heartstart HS1 and FRx, Primedic HeartSave AED-M, AS and PAD, ZOLL AED Plus and ZOLL AED 3, Mindray Beneheart C1, C2, D, L1 and L2.

Would you like to take out an All-in service subscription with remote monitoring for a Cardiac Science Powerheart G3 or G5, Physio-Control/Medtronic Lifepak 1000, Physio Control CR2, Medtronic Lifepak Express and CR Plus, or Philips Heartstart FR2 and FR3? Then your AED falls into Category 1. In that case, you can take out an AED-Partner All-in service agreement for Category 1 .

• AED used? We will be there within 6 hours to make your AED ready for use again (electrodes included).
• Read out ECG data (at the request of the specialist).
• In the event of a defect, you will receive a replacement AED*.
• Includes replacement parts; we replace these on location.
• Annual on-site AED check.
• Remote status and maintenance monitoring.

* With the exception of recalls or software updates.

You also receive a €50 discount on a replacement AED for each year you use the All-in remote service subscription.

Terms and Conditions

• The discount applies only to the replacement of the AED for which the All-in service subscription was taken out.
• The discount applies only if the service agreement is still valid at the time of replacement.
• The amount of the discount depends on the number of years you have used the All-in remote service subscription continuously. The discount amounts to €50 per year, with a maximum of 4 years.
• The discount applies to the gross selling price.

Insure your AED against theft?

In addition to this All-in service subscription, you can also insure an AED against theft. If you take out our AED theft insurance in combination with an All-in service subscription, you pay not the usual €65.50 per year, but only €50! Would you like to take advantage of this discount?
