This Primedic Heartsave battery has a 6-year lifespan and is compatible with the Primedic Heartsave AED, Primedic Heartsave AED-M, Primedic Heartsave PAD, and Primedic Heartsave AS. This battery is also available in a version with a 3-year lifespan.

How do I replace the Primedic HeartSave battery (6-year)?

The Primedic HeartSave battery covers the entire underside of the AED. You can replace the battery by lifting the old one out completely and inserting the new one. You do not need to open the AED to perform a self-test afterwards.

Depending on the type of service agreement you have with AED-Partner, we can replace the battery for you during a scheduled service visit.

Do the electrodes need replacing too?

Do you need to replace the electrodes as well as the battery soon? You can also order new Primedic Heartsave electrodes from us.

Service agreement

Regular maintenance ensures your AED is always ready for use. You can take out a service agreement with AED-Partner to arrange this maintenance. We will notify you, for instance, when the battery and/or electrodes of your AED(s) need replacing. We also provide on-site maintenance within 6 hours following an AED deployment.
