This Primedic Heartsave battery has a 3-year lifespan and is compatible with the Primedic Heartsave AED, AED-M, PAD, and AS models. A version with a 6-year lifespan is also available.

How do I replace the Primedic HeartSave battery (3-year)?

The Primedic HeartSave battery is located across the entire underside of the AED. You can replace the battery by lifting the old one out completely and inserting the new one. You do not need to open the AED to perform a self-test afterwards.

Depending on the service agreement you have with AED-Partner, we can replace the battery for you during a scheduled service visit.

Do the electrodes need replacing too?

Do you want to replace the electrodes at the same time as the batteries? You can purchase new Primedic Heartsave electrodes directly from our webshop.

Service agreement

Regular maintenance ensures your AED is always ready for use. You can take out a service agreement with AED-Partner to handle this maintenance. We will notify you, for instance, when your AED's battery and/or electrodes need replacing. We also provide on-site maintenance within 6 hours following an incident.
