Physio-Control Lifepak CR2 electrodes

These Physio-Control Lifepak CR2 electrodes for the LIFEPAK CR2 AED are suitable for both adults and children. You can connect these electrodes in advance (pre-connected), ensuring your AED is always ready for use.

The Physio-Control LIFEPAK CR2 electrodes come packaged in a plastic tray and are self-adhesive. The tray and the electrodes themselves feature diagrams clearly showing where to place the CR2 electrodes on the victim's chest.

You can use these Physio-Control Lifepak CR2 electrodes for both adults and children. The CR2 AED features a child mode button
that allows you to activate the pediatric protocol.

How do I replace the Physio-Control Lifepak CR2 electrodes?

These electrodes have a shelf life of 4 years. This means you must replace them at least every 4 years, or sooner if the packaging is damaged or after the device has been used. 

Do your AED's electrodes need replacing? You can order a new set of Physio-Control Lifepak CR2 electrodes from AED-Partner and connect them to your AED in advance. You can dispose of the old set of electrodes with small electronic waste or general waste.

You can also come to AED-Partner if you need to replace the battery at the same time; the Physio-Control LIFEPAK CR2 battery is also available from us.

Why do these Physio-Control electrodes need to be replaced regularly?

The shelf life of these electrodes is determined by the adhesive gel layer on the electrodes. Over time, this conductive gel
can dry out, reducing the effectiveness of the electrodes. It is therefore vital that your AED is always equipped with electrodes that have a valid expiration date.

Service Plan

Regular maintenance ensures your AED is always ready for optimal use. You can take out a service plan with AED-Partner to handle this maintenance. We will notify you, for instance, when the battery and/or electrodes of your AED(s) need replacing. We also provide on-site maintenance within 6 hours following an incident.
