Service Subscription Extra

In an emergency situation, you want to be able to rely on an AED working properly. It is therefore important that you maintain your AED(s) well. AED-Partner can help you with this. With this Service Subscription Extra, you can rely on our expert maintenance service. This ensures that your AED is always ready for use.

This Service Subscription is suitable for AEDs from categories 1 and 2:

Category 1: Defibtech Lifeline, Heartsine Samaritan, Philips Heartstart HS1 and FRx, Primedic Heartsine AED-M, AS and PAD, ZOLL AED Plus and ZOLL AED 3 and Mindray Beneheart C1, C2, D, L1 and L2.

Category 2: Cardiac Science Powerheart G3 and G5, Physio-Control/Medtronic Lifepak 1000, Physio Control CR2, Medtronic Lifepak Express and CR Plus and Philips Heartstart FR2 and FR3.

The main benefits of the Extra service subscription:

• AED-Partner Customer Service Center for questions and advice.
• Available 24/7 to report an AED deployment. Call: 0499 - 490016
• Following a report of an AED deployment, we ensure that the AED is ready for use again within 6 hours (electrodes included).
• We will inform you by email when replacing parts is necessary.
• Annual on-site AED check
• In the event of a technical defect, you will receive a temporary replacement AED* within 48 hours.
• Read out ECG data (at the request of the specialist).

* With the exception of recalls or software updates.

Insure your AED against theft?

In addition to this Service Subscription Extra, you can also insure an AED against theft with the AED theft insurance .
