Service worker Netherlands

  • Full-time or part-time
  • Gouda region
  • Full-time or part-time
  • Gouda region
In an emergency, you want to be able to rely on the AED to work properly. Maintenance and inspections are therefore essential. With our team of experienced service technicians, we ensure that AEDs, AED cabinets, and associated signaling are always reliable and ready to use for our customers. As a service worker, you will go out independently to customers. You carry out checks, perform maintenance, and help customers with questions about their AED. Through your work, you directly contribute to a heart-safer Netherlands.

Your responsibilities

  • You perform periodic checks on AEDs and AED cabinets and replace parts when necessary.
  • You arrange the placement of AED cabinets at customers' locations, including hanging the cabinet and connecting it to a power outlet prepared by the customer.
  • You prepare your work properly: you determine your route and check that you have all the necessary materials with you.
  • You inform customers about the use and maintenance of their AED.
  • You identify opportunities for additional products or services.
  • You work meticulously and ensure that our customers’ AEDs remain in optimal working condition.

In short: as a customer-oriented and practical service worker, you are an important link in our service delivery. You work independently, but at the same time you are part of a compact and close-knit team that works every day to provide reliable AED care.

In such a team, it’s not just about your skills. We also believe that you and the team complement each other. That’s why we’d like to get to know you personally.

Who are we looking for?

For this position, you don’t need a technical background. What’s more important is that you are customer-oriented and handy – someone who can hang and connect an AED cabinet, and who enjoys being on the go.

  • You prefer to live in the Gouda region.
  • You are willing to visit customers throughout the Netherlands, but you will mainly be working in the Randstad and its surroundings.
  • You are customer-oriented, practical-minded, and take responsibility.
  • You work carefully, independently, and with a solution-oriented approach.
  • You are flexible and don't mind working in different locations.
  • You can listen well and communicate clearly with customers.
  • You have commercial insight and think along with the customer about what they need next.
  • You hold a B driving license.

What do we offer?

  • A fun, varied job where you directly contribute to a safer heart-healthy Netherlands through your work.
  • A position for a long-term period, full-time or part-time.
  • A lot of independence and variety in your workday.
  • A good onboarding period during which you get to know our products and processes.
  • Salary, depending on age and experience.
  • A company car, a PDA and a laptop.
  • A dedicated team with short lines of communication and an informal working atmosphere.
