Qu\u2019est-ce que la Loi sur l\u2019IA ?<\/h3>\n

Depuis le 1er ao\u00fbt 2024, de nouvelles r\u00e8gles concernant l\u2019intelligence artificielle sont en vigueur dans l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne : la Loi UE sur l\u2019IA. Cette r\u00e9glementation prend effet progressivement et sera pleinement applicable le 2 ao\u00fbt 2027. La Loi sur l\u2019IA vise \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger les consommateurs et \u00e0 obliger les entreprises \u00e0 \u00eatre transparentes quant \u00e0 leur utilisation de l\u2019IA.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00c0 compter du 2 ao\u00fbt 2026, les obligations de transparence s\u2019appliquent \u00e9galement. En termes compr\u00e9hensibles : lorsque des images ou des sons sont cr\u00e9\u00e9s ou adapt\u00e9s gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019IA, ceux-ci doivent \u00eatre clairement visibles pour vous, le visiteur.<\/span><\/p>\n

Comment utilisons-nous l'IA ?<\/h3>\n

Nous n\u2019utilisons jamais l\u2019IA pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des photos ou des produits complets \u00e0 partir de rien. Toutefois, nous utilisons une technologie IA intelligente pour affiner et modifier les photos existantes (<\/span>modifier<\/span><\/i>Par exemple, supprimer un arri\u00e8re-plan g\u00eanant, modifier les couleurs ou fusionner plusieurs photos.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>
