Les fabricants recommandent toutefois un entretien r\u00e9gulier afin de garantir le bon fonctionnement du DAE en cas de r\u00e9animation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bien que la loi ne prescrive pas d'inspection annuelle, en tant que gestionnaire ou employeur, vous \u00eates responsable du bon fonctionnement de votre DEA. Cela signifie, entre autres, que vous devez remplacer en temps voulu les piles et les \u00e9lectrodes, et effectuer les \u00e9ventuelles mises \u00e0 jour logicielles. Si vous ne le faites pas, des \u00e9lectrodes d\u00e9shydrat\u00e9es ou une batterie vide pourraient rendre le DEA inutilisable \u00e0 un moment critique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vous pouvez confier enti\u00e8rement l'entretien de votre DAE \u00e0 <a href=\"\/be-fr\/boutique\/groupe\/service\/\">un abonnement \u00e0 nos services<\/a> chez nous. Le c\u0153ur ne pompe donc plus de sang. Vous pouvez alors utiliser un d\u00e9fibrillateur automatis\u00e9 externe (DAE) pour stimuler un rythme cardiaque normal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C'est ce que fait le DAE \u00e0 l'aide d'un choc \u00e9lectrique. Pour d\u00e9terminer si un choc est n\u00e9cessaire, le DAE d\u00e9tecte toujours d'abord s'il y a un rythme choquable. Si c'est le cas, un DAE enti\u00e8rement automatique d\u00e9livre lui-m\u00eame un choc. Si vous utilisez un semi-automatique, vous devrez appuyer vous-m\u00eame sur le bouton de choc pour administrer le choc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un DAE ne donne pas de choc si le c\u0153ur ne bat pas du tout, ou si une personne est inconsciente alors que le c\u0153ur bat normalement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Dans le langage courant, on parle souvent d'un \u2018 arr\u00eat cardiaque \u2019. Chaque minute o\u00f9 le c\u0153ur est en fibrillation r\u00e9duit les chances de survie de la victime de 7 \u00e0 10%. Il est donc crucial d&#x27;agir rapidement. En tant que t\u00e9moin, vous jouez un r\u00f4le essentiel dans cette situation. En appelant rapidement le 112 et en commen\u00e7ant la r\u00e9animation (\u00e0 l&#x27;aide d&#x27;un DAE), vous aidez la victime jusqu&#x27;\u00e0 l&#x27;arriv\u00e9e de l&#x27;ambulance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une aide directe n'est possible que s'il y a rapidement un DAE disponible. Poss\u00e9dez-vous un DAE ? Alors enregistrez votre DAE aupr\u00e8s de <a href=\"https:\/\/hartslagnu.nl\/aed\/ik-meld-een-aed-aan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Service public f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de la sant\u00e9<\/a>! Ainsi, vos secouristes b\u00e9n\u00e9voles pourront trouver et r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer rapidement le DAE le plus proche en cas d'urgence.
